PAYMENT INFORMATION for FCCLA FALL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE September 12-13, 2018
We only have 3 slots left. You must have paid your chapter dues prior to me saving you a slot for the conference with your deposit.
Total Cost to attend this event is $90.00. This covers transportation, lodging, three meals at the camp during the conference, and a conference tee shirt.
Students will need to take money to pay for one fast food meal for Thursday’s lunch on the trip to the camp and for any items they desire to purchase at the conference such as snacks or additional tee shirts at the camp.
Partial payment is due by Friday August 26th ($50.00) AND all permissions forms completed and signed by parent or guardian.
Remaining balance is due by Friday, September 9th ($40.00)
It is fine to make the full payment early if you desire to do so.
Make checks payable to Northside Middle School FCCLA or pay by cash.
ALL MONEY IS NON-REFUNDABLE should for some reason your child not attend the event. This also applies to medical emergencies. This is a State GA FCCLA policy. It is possible for a substitute student to take your child’s place on the trip, BUT this will have to be cleared by Mrs. Caldwell first.
All students must have their FCCLA Chapter Dues paid and have turned in their local NMS FCCLA Chapter Membership Form to attend this event.
